Account data: name, email and a hashed password when you register or subscribe.

Billing data: handled by our payment processor; SlateBrink does not store full card numbers.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used and device/browser info used to improve the service and prevent fraud.

To deliver and improve the service, process payments, send picks and performance updates, provide support, and (with your consent) send marketing. We use AI-assisted analysis on aggregated, non-personal sports data — never to profile individuals for gambling-targeting.

You choose your notification channels (email, SMS, Discord) and can opt out of marketing at any time via unsubscribe links or account settings. Transactional messages (receipts, account security) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers (payment, email/SMS, analytics, hosting) under contracts that require confidentiality, or when required by law.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we retain limited data for record-keeping and fraud prevention, and delete or anonymize personal data in line with applicable law. You can request deletion by emailing support@slatebrink.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any right, contact support@slatebrink.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. No method is fully secure, but we work to protect your data and notify affected users of any breach as required by law.
