SlateBrink offers sports analysis, picks and educational content for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any outcome, profit or winning percentage. Confidence ratings, unit sizes and value-bet flags reflect our analytical view, not a certainty. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.

You must be at least 21 years old where required by law and may only use SlateBrink where sports betting and subscription pick-service content are legal for you. You are responsible for confirming legality in your jurisdiction. SlateBrink is not responsible for any violation of local law.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, 6-month or annual) until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the paid period.

The $1 trial grants full access for 7 days. If you cancel before day 7, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your selected plan begins at the trial's end. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for billing errors; contact support@slatebrink.com.

Nothing on SlateBrink constitutes financial, legal or betting advice. You are solely responsible for any wager you place and for the money you risk. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. SlateBrink is not liable for any losses resulting from use of its content.

All analysis, picks, reports and design are the property of SlateBrink Analytics, LLC and are licensed to members for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell or republish our content. Sharing of member-only content outside your subscription may result in termination without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Contact us immediately at support@slatebrink.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlateBrink and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

We may update these terms periodically. We will post the updated date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email.
